Tired, sleepy, high pressure, busy.
Happy, interesting, low rate of illness, boring at the spare time...
Reflection for the survey:
My contribution to the report
In this survey, first, I gave some advice on the designation of the
questionnaire. Then during the interview, I interviewed ten people, which is half of the people required. At last, I help
my partner type the report and correct some mistakes and make some changes when necessary, and then print it out/
What I learned from undertaking the report
First of all, I learned how to make a formal report. Then I start
to learn how to work with others. The most important thing is that I think I can go over the shyness to talk to strangers.
Most of all, I learned how to speak to people politely and how to make it easy to go on a conversation or interview.
What I found difficult
Actually, I find the whole survey is difficult. First we make think
up a topic that both of us are interested in. Then we have to design a suitable questionnaire to get the result that we want
to get. Writing the report is also difficult, for we need to look up some background in the Internet, so that we can finish
the draft one. Then we have to correct it for several times to get the final draft.
The teamwork within my group
I don’t think the teamwork within my group is very well, because
we separate the work into two parts, and each of us get one. But we seldom help the partner with his part. I think in this
case, our teamwork is not so good, and need to be improved.
My advice for next year’s student At first, please choose a topic that you are familiar
with or interested in. That is important, or maybe you’ll get bored with your own topic. Then questionnaire is also
very important. Designing a suitable questionnaire, it’ll be much easier for you to write the report.
Advice for next year's SM3 students:
1. Obey the tutor's instructions. It is the most
basic
rule we should go with as a student.
2. Be active and creative. It will make the work much
easier.
3. Get on well with your group mates. There are lots
of group projects, so it is important to
keep good
teamwork.
